My family especially my mother always got my back, she always says that I should never mind what people say about it and live my life and that I was born with it, but I really know it was a big lie just to make her son(me) happy and think less about the abuse and insults I usually got from people, because I remember very well when I was speaking normally and fluent but I never knew what went wrong and how I learnt this ugly habit of Stuttering. Something will really make one to pause and take a big step of being a better person in this life. This happened to me when I was in my SSS2 days.

 I was a member of a club called JET and an active member who doesn't speak but keeps time for those that do the talking; that was from my SSS1 days, so when it was time for my set to be handed over the official duties of the club, I was told to my face that I can't be allowed to contest for any post, I asked why? And its because I cant speak fluent and equally won't be able to convey message to other students eventually if I win any post I contest for. I know fully well that I am one of the favorite to the post available, then I got aware of the problem which I will be facing in the future so this really made me uncomfortable with this ugly habit. Then I made up my mind that am done with it and must find care. I started visiting medical experts and taking medications on it, though am getting better but its a bit slow. When I was through with my studies, not that I can't depend my project but wasn't able to communicate effectively with the officials because of this stuttering thing and it was a big challenge to me, so I thought for awhile, "what if this was a job interview" I would have loss it just because of stuttering.
